with a stick and the sand.
different people have different ways of governing their lives. whether we like it or not, we just hafta find something good in their ways and live with it. how else are we gonna get some company around here, right? accomodation is really all it takes. anything less, you'll get unneccesary scrutiny. anything more......don't see how that works but ill get back to you on that one.
how do i govern mine than? well, i like to draw imaginary lines all over me; in whatever i say, in whatever i do, in whatever i think. that way, we can know how much further we will go before actually crossing over to the other side, which can turn the whole scenario upside-down, or the right-side-up. just one step across that line and the clock already starts ticking...
and so, many people persist in believing that if you want something, you move on from wherever you are and just keep moving, ignoring whatever mess that might have been left uncleared in their shadows. well, that's perfect if it is just them and the mess. but who really walks alone these days? people who only save enough space in the mirror for their own reflection? truth is, nobody is really alone in anything and somebody will always be out there to share some part of what we call 'the burden'.
so if you were to ever look back, and look hard enough. you might see a special someone actually slowly clearing up after you, hoping you'll help out. especially when this someone is no less than just another worn-out victim. so what would you do than? when you happen to turn behind, looking at this person eye-eye?
charge on ahead in your pursuit of self-obsession, and cross the fine line of persistence, over to plain cruelty?
or help them, and help you? so that you may never have to turn behind to see such a sight ever again?
well, its just what i think. what do you think??? :))

it's never as simple as it seems.
